To solve things, it is recomended to have the malware removed and request for consideration. Also remember to request for an inspection for Malware after you have remove the code entirely from your website.

To request for inspection, you need Google Webmaster account, then click on Diagnostics > Malware. Then you will see a link to ask for an inspection. Click on it and enter your comments.
